Shipping and Customs Clearance
We offer New Zealand Post (NZ Post) and DHL Express for your shipping. DHL EXPRESS IS RECOMMENDED for shipping as it is a comprehensive end-to-end service. It may cost a little more, but it is faster and a lot more reliable than NZ Post, who will use the local postal service in your country.
Customs clearance with NZ Post can be slow and more difficult than DHL as it is a manual procedure. If your package is not cleared quickly it may be returned to us, and in this case FastTT cannot be held responsible for delays or additional re-shipping charges. DHL customs clearance is electronic, which is preferred (and favoured) by customs agencies worldwide. They can pre-clear your order with the local border agency, so it is faster and you get your order sooner.
NOTE: All aero bars are shipped free with DHL Express. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking code. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and that you are available to receive the package.
FastTT Aero Bars are lightweight carbon competition units. In the event of a fall or harsh impact, please check the bars carefully for any visible damage. Whilst carbon fibre is exceptionally strong, it does not tolerate impacts, and damage that is invisible to the naked eye can occur, which could result in unexpected breakage and injury, even death. If in doubt, please have your bars checked by a reputable carbon repair company.
FastTT aero bars are supplied with a 24-month manufacturers defect warranty. All other products are supplied with a 12-month warranty. Any damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, modification, accident, or any other cause is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
In the event of a warranty claim the manufacturer reserves the right to repair or replace the faulty item. The cost of returning the unit to the manufacturer will be paid by the customer. The manufacturer will pay for shipping of the repaired or replacement unit to the customer.

Our no-argument aero bar return policy
If you order our aero bars and they don't fit your bike, or you change your mind, you can return them to us for a no arguments refund* (provided they're returned in the original packaging and have no damage). All returned bars must be shipped back within 21 days of original receipt by the customer to qualify for a refund. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the bars back to us.
Accessory return policy
Other than for warranty purposes, accessories are not able to be returned to us for a refund. Regardless of the information contained in our website and any downloadable guides, it is the customers full responsibility to check the dimensions of our products for compatibility with your bike BEFORE ordering. FastTT is NOT responsible for incorrectly ordered items, nor obliged to accept them as returns.
When you return any FastTT products we deduct a 7% restocking fee from the refund amount. Refunds are based on the original purchase price and exclude original shipping charges if applicable.
Aero bar returns
Please take note of this important customs declaration and shipping information when returning aero bars. You must clearly mark the customs and shipping documents as 'RETURNED GOODS' with a nominal value of US$20 to avoid any unnecessary customs charges. All returned items MUST be shipped with parcel tracking in order to ensure they are received by us. FastTT is not responsible for any items that are lost during shipment or any return customs charges. Any costs incurred by FastTT in receiving the returned bars may be deducted from the amount we refund you. If unsure, please email us speed@fastTT.bike
