SHIPPING, WARRANTY & RETURNS
Taxes, Import Fees and Duties
Our shipping covers transport only and does not cover any local taxes, import fees or duties. FastTT is not responsible for collecting local taxes or duties. The purchaser is responsible for payment of all applicable local taxes and duties. Please contact your local customs agency for applicable taxes and duties before ordering. We are unable to accept returns due to objections with local taxes and duties.
All orders are shipped via New Zealand Post (NZ Post), unless arrangements have been made to use an alternative carrier. FastTT has no control over your order once it has been lodged for shipping, so please be patient if it takes longer than expected to reach you. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking code.
FastTT is not responsible for any lost or undelivered packages once lodged with NZ Post. Many international postal services will return the order to us within a few weeks if they are unable to deliver it, so please ensure your shipping address is correct and that you are available to receive the package.
FastTT Aero Bars are lightweight carbon competition units. In the event of a fall or harsh impact, please check the bars carefully for any visible damage. Whilst carbon fibre is exceptionally strong, it does not tolerate impacts, and damage that is invisible to the naked eye can occur, which could result in unexpected breakage and injury, even death. If in doubt, please have your bars checked by a reputable carbon repair company.
All FastTT products are supplied with a 24-month manufacturers defect warranty. Any damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, modification, accident, or any other cause is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
In the event of a warranty claim the manufacturer reserves the right to repair or replace the faulty item. The cost of returning the unit to the manufacturer will be paid by the customer. The manufacturer will pay for shipping of the repaired or replacement unit to the customer.

Please take note of this important customs declaration and shipping information when returning bars. You must clearly mark the customs and shipping documents as 'RETURNED GOODS' with a nominal value of US$20 to avoid any unnecessary customs charges. All returned items MUST be shipped with parcel tracking in order to ensure they are received by us. FastTT is not responsible for any items that are lost during shipment or any return customs charges. Any costs incurred by FastTT in receiving the returned bars may be deducted from the amount we refund you. If unsure, please email us speed@fastTT.bike
Our no-argument aero bar return policy
If you order our aero bars and they don't fit your bike, or you change your mind, you can return them to us for a no arguments refund* (provided they're returned in the original packaging, have no damage, and no holes have been drilled). The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the bars back to us. NOTE: Return of all other products is at the discretion of FastTT. All returned products must be shipped back within 21 days of original receipt by the customer to qualify for a refund.
When you return any FastTT products we deduct a 7% restocking fee from the refund amount. Refunds are based on the original purchase price and exclude original shipping charges if applicable.
The manufacturer (Bold Horizon Ltd t/a FastTT) assumes no responsibility or liability for any injury, loss or damage caused as a result of using FastTT products under any conditions.
Our crash replacement commitment
If you're unfortunate enough to have a crash and damage your FastTT aero bars where they're no longer safe to use, send them back to us and we'll replace them with a brand new set at 50% off the current retail price, including free shipping.
